Store Update... 11.24.07
Q-vole gente!! :)
We had an amazing opening on November 2nd full of wonderful family and friends, as well as suprises.
We're coming up on our one month of opening (yeay!) and we couldn't be happier!! :) It has been a interesting year for us and at times difficult and confusing, but nonetheless it has been good and we are incredibly grateful for everything that has happened.
So what new in the store... well, we have some yummy smelling candles and lotions as well as some candles by La Luz that turn into lotion! Those are my favorite, as well as the small candles by Skeem that smell absolutely delightful.
We have some Virgencita inspired fashion coming in for our December 7th show and hope that you will come out and join us on Friday, December 7th for food, art, fashion and danza azteca.
We have also partnered up with Food Bank of the Rockies and we will be holding a canned food drive at the store until December 15th! Its the holiday season and we need to think of those less fortunate so please, please, please stop by and donate some food items! On top of feeling wonderful for doing a good deed, we will reward you by giving you 20% off anything in the store. :) So come on in and give back to the community.
We are still looking for individuals/groups that would like to hold any kind of workshops in the space. Please remember that our space is available free of charge for any of your needs. We are also still looking for artist to display "La Virgen" art.
We have other fun events being planned and look forward to seeing everyone again.
So... stop by and stay warm and stay for some fun, giving, shopping and love....
